After enrollment, K’Lashon Financial Consulting provides secure client portal access and a unique password separately by email. Requested documents are uploaded through the portal.

Credit Profile Review

K’Lashon Financial Consulting reviews available credit reports and identifies information that may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, unverifiable, or otherwise appropriate to challenge.

Personalized Strategy & Appropriate Disputes

K’Lashon Financial Consulting determines an appropriate strategy and prepares or submits appropriate disputes or communications when applicable.

Investigation & Results Review

Applicable investigation time is allowed, returned results are reviewed, and appropriate next steps are determined.

Ongoing Support

Credit education, progress support, and follow-up continue according to the services covered by your enrollment.
